We ship all our products via Royal Mail. Products are shipped within 2 working days after the order is placed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Wherever you are, we'll get your order to you - if you have any further queries please get in touch with us.

All orders placed after Thursday 2nd October, will be shipped on Saturday 18th October.

This return policy is applicable to all Nilavu London products.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any jewellery items.
